Good Fat is a must in everyone's diet - even for those with weight or cholesterol concerns. This is so counter-intuitive that it warrants repetition - GOOD fats must be a part of everybody’s daily nutrition. The kinds we rely on in Better Eat. In right quantities and at right temperature. 


In addition to seeds and nuts, we use good fats in the form of coconut oil, olive oil, ghee (clarified butter), and butter.
